I can assure you the fired Gabrielle Kerr would have worked if she had been allowed the opportunity.  I can't beleve you are trotting out the old excuse that women give up on work because they are more interested in family.  Your statement is what is called stereotyping and discrminatory.  If men can have both, so can women.
