Tom's Shoes-Comments on Fit?

Looking to buy a pair of Tom's canvas shoes to wear on vacation this spring. Comments on the fit from anyone who has bought them? I have a wider foot and typically wear a 6.5 or a 7. Don't expect to wear the shoe for heavy duty walking--more for wearing on the airplane and use for light walking around hotel. I'm looking at the style with grommets all over it--looks very cute!
