Sleeves are too short for most women. I feel he mad the dress that length to avoid having to offer it in petite. I'm petite, and it just doesn't work for either size of women. When a dresses sleeves are so short even the models are forced to wear jackets, that says something.

i would never wear a dress like that for two reasons:

sleeve length

hem length

Couldn't buy because dress too short and sleeve design not good.

Isaac, SHE wears lots of sleeve lengths, when SHE is busy with her activities. Sometimes SHE doesn't want a cap sleeve.

QVC pricing is too high for me to consider buying anyway but I agree on the sleeves. So many of his things have those skimpy sleeves & they are dealbreakers for me.
