I bought an Isaac M. coat. It is a beautiful coat but I gave it a 3 review because of the zipper. I was going to send it back but before I did I decided to play with the zipper.  I figured it out and happily kept the coat.  I would like to revise my review or post an update. I tried but it wouldn't let me. Is that possible?  I would give it a 5 now. In fact, I like it so much if I ever have a problem with the zipper I will replace the zipper!

@jubilant  I'm sure you will receive an answer from the mods.  I was just thinking why not add another review with maximum stars stating your zipper discovery.  It is considerate of you to want to update the review and might influence a potential buyer.

@phoenixbrd @jubilant Once you've written a review, you can't do another for the same product. The system will bring up your original review with a message stating "double submission". 

I've wished I could edit reviews occasionally myself!

I tried to do that.  It wouldn't let me.  It said, I had already posted a review.

Yes, it makes a girl feel kind of bad.  I just wasn't used to a double zipper.  There's a learning curve to it....at least for me there was.  I didn't want to mislead anyone.

@jubilantYou might try commenting on one of the 'community questions and answers ' on the product page that deal with the zipper or whatever stating your experience. That way others might benefit. Or perhaps pose your question in the customer care forum .
