@ID2  - In my years of purchasing at the Q, I have not experienced receiving used clothing or products.  Your suggestion of shopping in person is a good one for those with the bad luck of always receiving used items.

there is a difference between "returns" and "used returns."

not everything should go to a qvc outlet and there are only two outlets left.

"used returns" should definitely go to the outlets OR resold to those who purchase as is pallets of clothing from qvc for resale.

@sunshine45   That's an important point.

 

Occasionally I have returned an item that I did not even take out of its wrapper.
