@PINKdogWOOD I thought they were only 39.95, but still-No I did not!! Too pricey for me.....

I didn't see the program, but that price seems ridiculous.  In the Fall, they were really pushing Sheertex tights, and made them sound like you would be getting a great bargain if you paid $80 or so for them since they would last for years without getting snags, etc.  Someone on the boards said that they were having a big sale on the company website, and I went and ordered a pair for $25 with no shipping cost.  

The first time I wore them (Christmas Eve), they got two snags.  Fortunately, they were above my skirt, but I knew they were there, and it bothered me a lot.

I have read several reviews that say the same thing. 

Disappointing to say the least.

Those are the tights that are touted as impossible to ever rip or tear.  The brand rep is the inventor, and she demonstrates every possible destruction technique except stabbing them with knife.  They never rip or run.

So if you wear tights regularly, you can pay around $10 a pair for good tights, but they still will tear.  I guess $99 is the price for your forever pair of tights, year after year.

I don't wear pantyhose or tights, so it's not on my radar at all.

@PINKdogWOOD   Last night they were priced for a much more palatable 39.99  -  not sure of the cents, but high 90's I know is right.

LOL   Hey I bought one in each color!!  Can wear anywhere and with anything!  Can dress up or down!  And with easy pay...

I think they're worth $39.95 if they really don't run or snag.  Wouldn't pay $99.00 though.
