First, I must admit that I'm seriously loving this bag and I'm not usually one to like multi-toned bags. I haven't ordered, yet (and most likely won't) because did anyone notice during the presentations that the models either carry it in the crook of their arms or they hold their hand on their shoulder (so the handles don't slip, or so it seems)? I'm not a fan of rolled shoulder straps, but some have worked suprisingly well for me in the past. I'm thinking these must be too stiff because you notice none of the models move without having their hand over the straps.
