Re: Tie-Dye, Dip-Dye, Shibori, Crystal Wash

Obviously that's what customers want and that is what customers are buying.  I never heard of crystal wash but I do like shibori prints and I have several pieces in my wardrobe.  I'm into floral prints so shibori works for me.  All the things mentioned are in all the retailers, at every price point.  Lucky for us, we can ignore the things we don't like and buy the things we do like.  That's what makes fashion fun.

I have a different opinion.  I don't like big prints (especially floral prints) so the only type of prints I will wear are shibori and camo.

Me too!  Shibori and camo allowed me to add some prints to my wardrobe.

Lately when I watch Q fashion shows I feel like I'm at a Grateful Dead concert.

Go to YouTube and watch the couture runway shows for Resort 2023 to see what you will trash  and hate about QVC in the Summer of 2024.  QVC designers just follow the trends/colors and reinterpret them for the masses.

Re: Tie-Dye, Dip-Dye, Shibori, Crystal Wash

The Tie-Dye, Dip-Dye, Shibori, Crystal Wash treatment to fabric is not for me.  I recently tried one dip dye item, but returned it.

But speaking of trends, I do love the fabric treatment called:

vintage wash

sun washed

sun faded

garment dyed

beach wash

etc.
