On Monday all 3 dresses sold for almost triple the predicted estimate at a London auction house. They were all owned by one collector. Her formal daywear dresses are rare, because she gave them.to friends or charity shops.

Designed by her wedding dress designers David and Elizabeth Emanuel. Worn by Diana in 1986 while visiting the Gulf states with Charles. Sold for a little over $133,000

Catherine Walker coat dress, worn multiple times in the 80's and early 90's. Sold for almost $117, 000
