Thinking about all...and Frye

I have been thinking about getting a pair of Frye boots since last winter. I would appreciate any input re sizing, style, value etc.(would you buy a used pair from Ebay?) I initially saw the Veronica Slouch in a local store, thought I wanted that style, but a friend showed me the Melissa Button style and I have come to like that even better ( I thought they were too Cowboy at first glance ) Any thoughts Frye owners?
