@lolakimono

Beautiful pictures as always! I have a question for you. Are midi length dresses still popular? TIA

I hope you are feeling much better.

For sure!

Do you have a midi you're interested in?  Or do you already own one?

I love midi dresses/skirts. I don't care if they're popular or not.

I honestly have not been shopping or looking on the Internet. I would be interested in a midi cotton dress for graduations we have coming up in May. Although there is a part of me that just wants to wear dressier shorts and a nice cotton tee.  Since we moved and my DH has a job that pays less than the previous one I have been cutting back on spending.

The graduation is for a niece and nephew and the party afterwards is a pasta bar. The graduation is in a small town, held inside the high school, sitting on the bleachers of the basketball court.

I hope you feel much better very soon!

I like everything except for the ankle/crop pants that are flared at the bottom. They look like highwaters to me and that's how they'd be perceived at my work too.

Interesting you mention those -- I was reading a Style Watch magazine yesterday while waiting to get my hair cut, and it said that cropped flares were a big trend!

I've been wearing espadrilles during spring/summer for over a decade. I don't think they are ever 'out'. Always interested to see new/updated versions. Love the espadrilles & the gingham dress in the 1st post Heart

@jonbon

I know they're a trend but I don't think I could get past that highwater feeling about them. Having said that, it's been known to take a while for a trend to grow on me. Sometimes the trend has passed before it happens though! Lol

The only thingI like and would wear is the midi dress. The flared crop pants are NOT flattering.
