However, the #1 insentive for us is maintaining great health. It has been incredibly eye-opening...HOW MANY health issues DH & I had that were connected to our old lifestyle (following the USDA food pyriamid) of low fat/high carb.

There is no way we will ever go back...ever.

 

I also remove clothes as soon as they become too big and don't keep them around. Smiley Happy

It's a good side effect and fun to shop, isn't it @ALRATIBA ?  It's taken me two years, but I've lost 145 lbs.  Throughout my journey, I had to replace my wardrobe with each new season.  The resale shop in our town appreciates my donations.
