For several weeks now, I have seen these canvas totes being carried by many stylish women in New York City. Then, last Sunday they were featured in the Style Section of the New York Times and other fashion publications.
I do not know what to make of them, nor can I figure out how they are accepted (in fact lauded) by so many, yet not considered trademark infringement? I can only surmise that Hermes must be unaware.
