From Talbots. This is called an off the shoulder embroidered top and can be worn that way, but I'm thinking most will wear it with the elasticized neckline not off the shoulder.

floral type of embroidery on blouses & denim

I too saw the new Kate Spade Collection.  I love everything especially those blouses.  In particular I love the ruffled embroidered off the shoulder blouse!!!  Their collection is absolutely gorgous.  I bought the Devoe Street Tinley Bag with the colored stones and I also got it in Denim (Soooooo cute!!!!).  I also purchased a few dresses. I really think my next purchase is going to be the ruffed embroidered off the should blouse!  Everything they make is gorgouse and unique.  Its my favoite brand.

My sister calls me the Queet of White Shirts because I have so many of them.  All types;tees, woven, cotton, dressy, casual.  But I have lost 55lbs since last summer and I am now I'm building my white shirt wardrobe in a my new size.  I like many of those shirts but for me, a white shirt must be all pristine white.
