The Kardashians...why?

Why do people judge this family so harshly? None of us know them personally and I think it is crazy to judge someone based on his/her media "personality.

This family isn't forcing people to watch the shows, buy clothing items, etc. They are popular because the publi has made them popular.

I have just don't get it when people have such negative things to say.

All thoughts and opinions welcomed without ridicule.
