I'll give a shout out to Loves to Teach for the Malden Mills polar fleece sheets recommendation.
For Fashion, I'll thank Baby burns for the devotion to Born boots. (I don't know if she's still around).
For my Kitchen people, it's the Penzey's spices. I've gotten my mom and others hooked too.

house_cat: Thanks for the tip above about saving the bags from cake mix and cereal. I'd never even thought to save them, but you are right - they are very strong and could be very useful!
Also Salux cloths......great product. Had never heard of them until I read about them here.

Linea ... too many to mention, so I'll just say a big THANKS to all my Linea Sisters.
And thanks to a poster (name unknown), because I have it on right now ... the Sleepin By BedHead Polar Fleece Robe. We have a sudden cold snap and this robe in the early morning is so warm and cozy. (I think she was/is from Florida, and it was too warm for her ... I may have this mixed up, though ... oh, well.)
And to Lola, in particular, because of the best cowboy boots I own!

Thanks to Chi-Girl for her outstanding Gili pictures! She is awesome! Because of her I bought 2 items, a leather skirt and a blue leather jacket. Thanks Chi!

Thanks to the multitude of posters who talked about the Ulta website. I have become a great fan and have placed several orders since. The post that made me look there made mention of Montagne Jeunesse Masques. I tried them and love them.
A poster also recently put up a 50% off code for Laura Geller's site which was quickly poofed afterward. Not before I saw it and ordered a great kit for $19 and change. The same kit on the Q is $48.
Big big thanks!
Edited to add: Jordana Mascara from Walgreens! Its the bomb and the price is even better.

The best piece of advice I have ever gotten on the boards was not about what to buy, but what to do with what I had already bought. Goldie76 advised me, last year when I was unemployed and looking for a job at the age of almost 60, to make sure I always wore clothes by Linea to interviews. At first, I thought she was just being funny, but then I decided to take her advice one day when dressing for an interview. Lo and behold, that was the job I got. So thanks to Goldie76 for recommending wearing Linea to job interviews!
