Checked out the new arrivals earlier today. Some are still back-ordered. Not a lot on my wish list at the moment, but I do like the moss green zebra print cotton shirt.

My Talbots card has been gathering dust for months now. I just can't find anything I really like other than jeans and I have way too many pairs of jeans already.

Ironically, I loved everything there about 5 years ago when they hired a new head designer. I was honestly surprised when I would read reviews of items that apparently I was the only one who was happy.

I forgot Talbots existed. I shopped there a lot back in my brick&mortar shopping days.

Talbots is my go to as their petite sizes fit me perfectly every time. I rarely need to return anything for fit. Prices are a little out of my budget but I wait for sales which happen often. Now that I have retired I don't buy as much as I used to as I dress more casually. I get their new collection pamplet in the mail every time there is a new collection. I also love that I have spent enough there in the past that I get free shipping with their credit card and an extra percent off on some sales. QVC could take a lesson from them with their Q card and offer perks.

@Catch71 It's about the only place I buy from now. The prices are too close to QVC, the quality is far better, I like the styles better and the colors are easy to match and with sales and discounts and the way the clothes last, I get more for my money.

I have to agree with you all. I started shopping at Talbots back in the 90s. At the time, they had their 'Red Hanger Sale' twice a year, so it wasn't very often I got a bargain. Seems the past few years, things go on sale pretty consistently. Just today, I got 3 pairs of capris / skimmers at $39.50 each. I think they are a better value than here at the Q. I also got several T's over the past several months. They are well made and wear like iron. I am looking forward to seeing the items in my local store soon. I always look forward to Fall at Talbots.

And, I have a Talbots store 10 minutes away where i can return online orders in person for free.
