I saw a very similar blouse at Talbot's in the navy blue choice for one of the Lunchtime Specials Today.  It was displayed (at two different Talbot's stores I was in) underneath the new Boston Terrier red sweater for fall.   The sleeves were folded up as "trim" to the 3/4 length sleeves sweater and turned up at the cuffs and it was very cute.   I have that sweater so I'm thinking of buying the blouse in navy blue to go with it.  The one at Talbot's was $79.95 I think, or thereabouts.  The LTS is $26.76.

Go to the board's search function and put "lunchtime special" in quotation marks as I have done (not specials in the plural but special in the singular).
