I received the Candace Cameron Bure winter coat in tan, purchased as new. Ummm.....it's not. The pockets were cut open, and the back plate was also open. Those should be sewn shut on new garments. The second was Issac Mizrahi slippers. I purchased a size 6 in black months ago, and they sent me a size 9. I reordered them again as they were back in stock. Yup, You guessed it. I received the same pair of slippers I sent back the first time. I marked the box....so returns are just ignored and resent out. I did call Customer Service and they were nice about it. I will return both, without a label charge...but still. Disappointed.

I got 2 of CCB's coats in pink. Had to take both to seamstress the lining

was all tangled at the back bottom slit made you look like you had a chicken butt in the back it stuck out at the behind.

First one was to tight across the bust

2nd one little big at the hip, but, since I'm built like a football player

all above the waist not gonna get a exact fit. I seldom do.

I kept both because that pink was to die for.

Did the coat look like it had been worn?  Maybe it was just a garment that didn't have the pockets sewn?  I would have thanked them for making less work for me if it looked fine.

It had definitely been worn! Someone had cut the pockets open, and the backflap, it smelled, and there was a huge flaw on the left side sleeve.

for what we paid for the coat(s) it should had been in apple pie order.

cost me 20 for each coat to have altered I'm hoping once I sit on the pleat

enough it will flatten out at the back pleat.

My back pleat was fine....it was everything else that was wrong. I hope the pink one is "the one".

Given the costs of the coats, the issues cited here are not acceptable.  Mizrahi and Basso tend to have great coats and jackets. I would buy theirs.
