Hi, I am having a hard time embracing the wide bottom ankle pants. I was thinking of trying the NYDJ in the talls for the 29 inch inseam. I am normally a 30 inseam. Do u think that would look like a full length pant with my sandals? I think because of my shoe size (101/2) the wide length ankle seems to draw attention to my feet and skinny ankles.

You shouldn't have to convince yourself to buy something. Doubt means don't. If it's not a "Yes!" then it's a no.

If you don't like the look, don't buy it. Why talk yourself into buying and wearing something you don't like? I don't understand that. The good thing is, every style of pants and jeans are "in" now. We can all wear what we like.

@Rose429. I wear a size 11M shoe and it never occured to me that my pants could draw attention to my feet. So what? Rejoice that you can walk on them.

Keep looking for the pants, style & inseam you really want. Don't compromise.

Any wide leg ankle pants is a definite No for me.

I hit Boscovs, Macy's and Penneys in person this week and Talbots online. They had great sales going on.
