TSV Kathleen Kirkwood Cami Sizing

Hi....I do not own anything by Kathleen Kirkwood and I like these camis. I didn't see the first part of the presentation. Did they say anything about sizing. I heard Patty say, "order your regular size," at the end but no details. I normally wear an XS in Q clothing, but I have a 36C bust and I am afraid that a fitted garment like this would be too small for me in XS. Anyone with experience with KK in sizing? Thanks so much!
