TOOK TWEED JACKET AND WK TUNIC ON A TEST DRIVE..

I planned to plant tulip bulbs today but woke up to drizzle and gloom for the first day of fall. Decided to do errands instead. I wore the walnut tweed jacket and walnut tunic (mainly because I was concerned about all the comments about neck stretching out), hip belt, jean and boots. After a busy day at Costco, Trader Joe's and a stop at Home Depot the neck of the neck of the tunic did not stretch out at all. I only plan to wear it under the jacket but I was still concerned.
