THANK YOU, LOUIS: Black Bead & Goldtone Necklace Restrung

On Friday I received my restrung Black Bead & Goldtone Necklace (J153875) from the manufacturer. Boy was I overjoyed that this beautiful piece was repaired wonderfully and ready to be worn again.

Because Louis Dell'Olio stands behind his work, I am able to enjoy this gorgeous, though now unavailable, necklace once more -- at no cost to me other than shipping the broken adornment to the manufacturer. Thank you so much, Louis! It is a pleasure to deal with such a highly principled vendor.

I believe one other person wrote in saying that she, too, had a shredded string and beads spilling all over the place with this particular necklace. Others returned their jet or purple beads from the winter shows, and, I believe, had them restrung.

We are truly lucky to have Louis on our side. Again, thank you for your generous nature, Louis. We appreciate you.
