Sweaters tucked in are all over shopping sites and fashion sites. Not just a half tuck either, but a full tuck into skirts, pants, and jeans.

I read an article a few weeks ago about how to achieve the look without actually tucking. Especially with a bulky sweater. You just use a skinny belt to pull up the sweater and "fold" it over. No tuck required. These are just examples of the tuck, they definitely looked tucked in without a belt. At least the first one does.

@Greeneyedlady21   Not for me!  I have very sensitive skin, so I got rid of all my sweaters years ago.  I wear a lot of Northface and leather jackets.  I never can tuck anything in because  I am very shortwaisted with long thin legs, and a rather thick waist.  Not a good look for me......never was!

Anybody know what that model is wearing under her sweather?  Straps look leather.

@Mz iMac I have no idea but I think it looks cool. Some sort of faux leather cami? I think the sweater is pretty.

Not my look.

I'm into oversized sweaters made with worsted weight and heavier yarns, worn over turtleneck shirts.

My look and I'm sticking to it!   Smiley Wink

I remember when I was in college and early career that belting a blouse or sweater was very popular.

I have always hated the look of a sweater tucked in to anything.  Maybe a super lightweight, tissue thin sweater but anything thicker looks silly to me but I have friends who do it and have always done it.  Just not my thing.

I would rather see a full tuck than a half sloppy one.  I remember tucking sweaters in when growing up. As long as it doesn't add bulk to my shape, I'm OK with the look!!!!!

I wouldn't do it, but I tend to wear heavier sweaters.

It's a nice look if you're very slender.

This is the one I liked from the article I read. Using a skinny belt to create the tucked look of a bulky sweater into a satiny skirt is a popular look now.
