No one should be attacked personally like they do some of the designers, or hosts. I am glad they remove posts, and I hope they do it it before she sees them. Being constructive to her is one thing, but attacking her on a personal level, is not only childish and being a bully, it is so cruel.

I do not care for SG and her chattering, so I don't watch her. But she does nothing to get some of the vile posts people seem to think will benefit her in some way.

If a person has to feel they have to post negative posts to a designer then your really not a good customer. You would do your self and Susan a even bigger favor by not purchasing her clothing. Find your self a different vender who doesn't offend you so much. Susan has been with QVC for many years and the little amount of people who constantly run her down for every move she makes and every breath doesn't even come close to the millions of people who love her and her clothes. Its time to get real on here who really pays attention to a group of people on a chat board about a vender who is making money for a company. I know if I was a CEO of QVC I sure would not pay attention to a group of posters who constantly complained about one of my venders when on the books this vender is bringing in a cash flow to the company. If she bothers you so much use your remote there are other channel that sell clothing. No vender wants money from cranky unhappy customers.

It's curious to me why you would feel it necessary to denigrate people who have a different opinion than yours. And why does it seem impossible that one can have a very hard time watching Susan, but at the same time like her clothes - the two are not mutually exclusive. You're making blanket judgments about people whom you know nothing about.

I watched Susan the day she was first introduced on QVC and have been watching her and buying her clothes for 25 years. I used to be glued to the TV when she was going to be on, I've spent probably thousands of dollars over that 25 years on her clothes... now because I don't like the way she has changed in her presentations, that makes me NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER?

She HAS changed in the last few years... I used to never miss one of her shows, she was enthusiastic and fun, but she didnottalk constantly over the hosts, she did not dance and twirl around, and act like a child who needs attention. I do have a right to my opinion, and my opinion is that she is rude and disrespectful of the hosts, and she knows it because she herself admits what she does. She knows exactly what she's doing... and it's not just "passion" as so many like to call it. I don't like Lori Goldstein's clothing, but I like her way of presenting it... I daresay she's just as "passionate" as Susan but much more respectful and definitely not hyper.

You don't have to tell me to use my remote... I already do, as do so many others. I watch bits and pieces of SG's shows, but I don't spend money like I used to because I don't see a lot of her new things. And I do not think that any vendor would turn down sales because the customer is "cranky and unhappy" - we cranky and unhappy people have spent lots of money and contributed generously to both Susan's and QVC's bottom lines.

And yes, I know nothing is going to change... however,I will continue to express my opinion here, whether positive or negative, and you and others can like it or not, or better yet..."don't read it".If you don't like negative posts about SG, just "change the channel"... in other words, SKIP THEM.

I think this is the right place to air complaints about all things QVC. I do not think it's a license given by the Q to make comments that attack individuals personally. Knowing the difference is something that many struggle with and sometimes it's a fine line. Add to that the baggage that so many carry who are doing the complaining as well as defending , and that's a recipe for strong disagreements from both. Unfortunately, an opportunity to have input is often ruined when it reaches a certain point, because the whole thing gets deleted by the moderaters.

I also have watched Susan Graver since the first day she came on QVC and yes I have closets full of her clothing and you most certainly can have you opinion and express it as you want to and so can I express my thoughts. I also have and still do leave a lot of money at QVC so I am also helping to have these hosts get their pay checks. Sorry I offended you with my thoughts Kitty.

There are a lot of people that love Susan's shows. If someone bothers you that bad, it is a lot simpler, and it will save you a lot of unnecessary stress to change the channel.

Bravo !

I agree .

Her prices are similar to the majority lately though. One can barely find an item from any line less than $50.00. Even D & C. Of course bargains can be found in clearance and last clicks.

I will check out her winter coats from now on though. The 2 I purchased this year were well made , fit well , very warm, and competitive with B&M prices. Like a couple of other posters I received many compliments when wearing them , sometimes from strangers. So often it surprised me. I think she does know her business.

I enjoy hearing her discuss how she decided on a design.

I don't get why I should go,to anyone's FB page and complain about them or their clothing. if I do not like a line of clothing or a particular vendor just gets on my last nerve I simply do not buy or watch.

What a strange post. OP sounds like a non-customer who just wants to complain.

Susan's customers already know we can come here to go to Facebook - or maybe, better yet, just be customers. The clothes I've purchased from her work for me and were priced just fine (they wouldn't be in my house if they weren't). Can't think what else I should expect from her.

But unlike the show hosts or some vendors who, represent certain lines Susan's line has HER name on the product just like LInea and Mackie. Now I don't particularly like her clothes and she does get on my nerves so I do not watch her but it is her name on the clothing and I think, that gives her a lot of leeway to present HER products the way she wants..
