Susan Graver item received-no tag???

I just received Item A211791 Susan Graver Border Print Tunic. This is only the second SG item I have ever purchased in the 20 years I have been shopping with QVC. To my surprise I actually like it. I am going on a cruise this year and it is perfect to wear to dinner over some Citiknits pants. However I was surprised when I looked inside to check for washing instructions. There are no tags inside the garment besides the size tag and the SG label on the neckline. There is no tag giving the fabric make up and no washing instructions. I don't think I have ever in my life purchased a piece of clothing that did not have a tag saying what fabric the garment was made of and the care instructions. I have looked everywhere and there simply is no such tag.

I thought that the tag that had the fabric make up was required by the US govt. Is this standard that her garments have no care instructions and no fabric make up tag???
