I tried on a pair of high waisted seamed flare jeans at Kohl's, from Vera Wang. They didn't have a tie belt like this. I didn't buy them but I thought they were very flattering. Nice and long too, I'm tall.

Love them and I would wear them. At 5’11 with a 34 in inseam, these are for me. I wore this style in the 70s, but they were never long enough. My mom had a seamstress sew an extra few inches of denim on the bottom because I was and am so tall. Clothes were not made for tall chicks back then.  I wear blouses tucked into Laurie Felt jeans and I would tuck in these too. I have always had a tiny waist and a belt is a must for me.

I like these. Couldn't wear this style now though. I do recall that 'center of the leg seaming' feeling really odd and distracting.
