Re: Studded footwear- love or duds?

I love the detail in the piece. Many of these are very cute.

Re: Studded footwear- love or duds?

I never go looking for studs.

If I found shoes or boots that I loved - style, fit, color - I wouldn't pass them up because of a few studs.

So far that hasn't happened.

I like buckles or zippers more than studs.

Its a nice design element but I think its not a practical element. I'm afraid if I walk the wrong way, one of the studs might fall off.

Some of those are nice...but it wouldn't be for me. I would worry about snagging my tights or having one fall off or dent. I hate to wear beat up dress shoes...and I can be rough on my shoes.

MUCH too much. You can't wear everything embellished!

Re: Studded footwear- love or duds?

I like studs and have for many years, not all but lots of different styles. Have had great luck and only lost one off a pair clogs. So I turned those into around home shoes.

I don't like them at all.

Studs are OK........but the belts and buckles on shoes/boots make my feet look a monstrous size.

Most of it is over-done.. Too much. A wee bit is OK. I could handle one pair of shoes with just a bit of studs but I would not want more than one pair.

Agree. And then what happens when the studs start coming off...

Love. Have shoes and hats with them.
