I spoke to CS yesterday about this, & was told it's a glitch, but there should be no reason that I won't get my item.

These items never did arrive. Supervisors assisted me to correct the issues. I hope things work out for you.

I had a box from the Q go all over the country before it reached me. CS told me it ended up on the wrong truck and then the wrong plane. I think it took about 2 months for the package to get to me. When it finally arrived the box had so many post marks on it that it reminded me of those old suitcases with all the stamps from different countries on them.
