i used to really look forward to spring fashion days. The forums were lively talking about all the new unique items with good pricing. I could order a few things for around $100. Now, it would be $200 for just a couple shirts and dress. No way can I justify that.

Re: Spring Fashion Days-so sad.

@Steffdoggy10 I think it is the state of the economy today. I know I am tightening my belt and anything that unnecessary is being put on a back burner for now. Clothing is definitely in that category for me.

No worries...looking at the Spring fashion preview last evening, you're not missing anything.

Re: Spring Fashion Days-so sad.

I found several things I really like, new and fresh.

BUT in my WL for a sale or free ship day.

We rescue cats... You are so right, but it just takes the fun out of shopping when the economy is bleak and uncertain.

I found several things on the QF show the other night (I did get one of the $15 off $50 coupons which would pay for shipping/tax) but would prefer if QVC was more like HSN where anything over $75 was free shipping any day of the week.

Respect life. That is exactly what I do, but sometimes the item sells out quickly. It seems that QVC isn't getting the quantities that they used to.

I turned on the Fashion Preview on Thursday night, saw the host...JT...changed the channel immediately.  Never saw any of the items presented.

Re: Spring Fashion Days-so sad.

I was just reading something lately about what things people are not buying these days and the article said it's clothing and shoes. Those are at the bottom of many peoples' shopping lists with low priority. For me it's food and utilities that take the priority...and there ain't much left after that for the rest of my essentials especially for Qvc stuff.

Re: Spring Fashion Days-so sad.

Just watched the Anybody joggers for 33.40 and while tall is great tall is not a 28 inch inseam!

I buy my joggers/lounge pants from Walmart and on sale pay anywhere from 7.00 to 15.00. I really like them too. They don't have talls but they are nice.

I always buy Secret Treasures and Joyspun. I found a 6 pk of briefs for 11.00 that are perfect for me.
