You collect the pictures because it's fun and relaxing.  I do the same thing. I collect pictures of outfits sometimes I recreate the outfits with things I own.  I don't go to many dressy events but I can see myself putting together my version of.#4 for dinner out with hubby or friends.

@MacDuFF  3, 5, 8, 12. are my favorites.  Always love black and white.  The silky drape of 8 and the cuff detail make it special, perfect color.  12 I'd like in several colors along with the vanilla.  Thanks for an interesting collection

#3, #4 (love me some red) and #17.  All of these I would have worn a few years ago when I still have the body!  Sadly, not now.....

#9 and #17 are my favorites. I wouldn't wear #9 personally as I no longer have the arms for that level of exposure, but the model looks fabulous in it. #17 is just my style for my current stage in life.

I'd wear almost all of them with the exception of number 7 pants.  Love the blue sweater, though.

Needless to say (again), I love the high-waisted styles.
