Toatally agree.  No to the monogram but classic blazer that will never go out of style.

I'm also anti-logo -- love the pin-striped blazer (the whole outfit!) but not that logo.

Love the blazer but could ditch the tacky patch.

 

Off topic, but still RL:  Years ago I bought a RL tote bag.  Black with a gold chain pattern.  Not leather, but I just loved it.  I am a handbag obsession and have way too many for an elderly retired lady.  All leather, big brand names.  Guess which bag gets me the most compliments from strangers?  You guessed it.

I love Ralph Lauren but I don't like that crest logo either. I recently saw a faux layered RL sweater for a great price. It had that crest and that ruined it for me.
