When I first looked at it I thought it was iridescent celophane!  It is a little too cheesy to be taken seriously and it would be a very young, idealistic bride who would buy this over-the-top thing.  Most brides who are older would want something a little less child-like, imo but that is just me.

 

To each their own...there is a dress out there for every type of bride, I guess.
