Remember when Spanx shows were on a lot? I not hardly ever see Spanx shown on QVC...I wonder if they aren't selling like they used to? I bought a few and liked them, but I did sometimes find them to be a bit confining and hot in the summer.

@CANDLEQUEEN   The only Spanx I buy are camisols.  I bought a few last time they were on QVC and they still do what I want from them, so right now I don't need more.  I can't imagine wearing their leggings or jegggins or what they sell for bottoms here in southern Florida.  We're still at least 2 months away from afternoons much under 90 -  today we might exceed the record of 94.

Spanx is one of the brands that almost never allows the local stores I shop most often to include their products.

Maybe they don't need QVC to boost sales.  Vendors love TV exposure -  even many pitches that fail on Shark Tank lead to higher sales.

Just FYI girls, I am a huge Spanx cami fan.  I buy the socialite camisoles on the Spanx website.  Many times they have sales and always free shipping!   Take a look sometime, I never purchase their items on the Q anymore.   They even have new cotton ones now.

@jackthebear    If I wore anything with as little structure as sweats and joggers, I'd need to wear some kind of control.

I don't think anyone wears those old time Spanx hose anymore.  I did way back in the day.  There's spandex in the clothes now and women want to be comfortable.  I do have a couple of the Spanx camisoles that I wear under sheer tops.

I've got a pair of Spanx leggings, I believe a one-time TSV, that are like wrapping yourself tight in Saran Wrap.  I can't imagine wearing them in summer anywhere.  They're not very comfortable in the dead of winter.

The thing with Spanx is they have different levels of compression.  The cami's I wear are not tight at all and are a level 2 , they give me just enough support.  They are lightweight and not heavy.  It has improved over the years and is not at all like it used to be.  I will agree though, I don't care for the leggings either as those do tend to be on the tight side no matter what size you order.   They are even coming out with a lot of items without compression which is interesting.

If they now make cotton ones, I will definitely check it out! I can't even think about anything so tight and confining in our super hot summer
