I love sweaters too.  I am not  a fan of chenille sweaters at all.  They remind me of my childhood bed spreads and robes.

My favorite is the BR plaid sweater, but I do like them all..sans the chenille.

Enjoy your new sweaters...there are so many to choose from that it is difficult to choose just a few.  After Christmas, they will be half priced and you can get double for your money.

@handygal2  I love the star sweater. So cute As I age I prefer not to wear anything up around my neck. But I use to love turtlenecks. And I think they always look nice. And you can wear a long necklace with them.

I do like a chenille sweater because I love anything soft.

@handygal2  I just went to the Gap website and found me a new sweater  It is 100% cotton which I really like. Three colors, red, black and white.

I love the color of your new sweater— and the stitching. I think it’s called shaker knit. I have a couple of sweaters with this type of knit.

@handygal2 Yes that's shaker knit. I love shaker knit, I only own one right now and I wouldn't mind owning another one.
