I can confirm that this is happening. It happened to me about a month ago and I posted about it here. It was about a one-minute delay. I placed something in my cart and then clicked to go through MrRebates. My sign-on and password are already stored to MrRebates so doing that step took less than a minute before it brought me back to the Q card where I learned that the item was gone. I went back to the item to get it back into my cart and it was sold out. I didn't stall around and shop for more items to add. It was a very quick process and the item was deleted from my cart in a flash.
Other times since then, my items DO stay in my cart for an hour. I don't know what is going on but I prefer when things used to always remain in your cart for an hour.
