I like that type of lace or whatever it is and love the flow of the dress.  The front looks very low???  I think the dress would be very nice for a casual, summer bride's dress.  It would be beautiful for the right time and on the right person!

The fabric is cotton eyelet which has been lined in the bodice.

@ECBG   I've never been one for frills, ruffles, lace, etc. I can see this as a great dress for a bride doing an outdoor summer wedding, can't you?

Gorgeous dress. I would wear this to a summer brunch, a cruise dinner, a white party...

It's a fabulous dress and well worth the price.  And if you can afford it, something that would be a great investment for a some people.

It is, however, one you would never, ever consider wearing to a wedding unless you were the bride!  Woman Embarassed

Back in my younger life, it would have been great and pretty timeless to have on hold for events and dinners out.

It's a typical price point for Anthropolie, isn't it?

It's pretty but I'm just not a fan of that much lace.  For what it is, I don't think the price is unreasonable but my social calendar is (and always was) far more casual so even if I really liked the dress, I would never have an event to wear it.

Excuse my OT:  Nice to see you posting again @Love to Run .  Didn't you take some time away from the boards and come back recently?
