I ordered a sweater for a friend last weekend for her birthday today. Of course it is not here, it will be out for delivery on Monday. What really bugs me is the fact that it took three days to go from "processing" to actually being "shipped". What is the deal with the lag in processing times. Makes you wonder if the Q has laid off warehouse personnel. Anybody else have this problem with their orders?
