Sleeveless in the winter???

Is anyone else tired of seeing sleeveless fashions and short skirts with no tights or stockings on female tv newscasters (all channels) in the winter? It just looks ridiculous to me. I know the sets are probably warm, but it still just looks silly when they are reporting on snow storms!
