I am not fond of shrugs, just not my style. Since I never suffer in the heat (must be from years of Hot Yoga), I like the look of a coordinating little jeans jacket instead, which I have in practically every color of the rainbow.

       Me too!  Name the color and I have a jean jacket in it.

I have big flabby upper arms. I'm just big and flabby period. But in the last few years I've reached the point where showing my arms and thinking someone will be offended is the least of my worries and it's all about keeping cool. Now that I'm 40 and getting hot flashes, shrugs in the summer are out. I do think they should make more summer dresses with short sleeves though.
