I have had a lot of problems ordering the correct size for items of clothing lately.  Nothing fits as it should.  Even when reordering the same item in the same color as before, it just doesn't fit.  Taking measurements doesn't work either.  Having said that, I haven't ordered many items lately.  But had to return 2 items lately, I just found out that I did not only have to pay for return shipping, but also for the original shipping charge.

Sorry for ranting like this, but I really had not been aware of this change in policy of having to pay for the original shipping charge.

The QVC problem is true for many retailers. I have decided that if I can't try something on at no cost, I shall not order. Both Talbot's and Chico's charge me no shipping and handling because of the amount I've ordered in the past. QVC offers no such benefit despite the tens of thousands I've spent over the last two decades. I keep this issue in mind now when I consider ordering various products.

Don't get me started on the Q sizing fiasco.  This works about as well as anything else...

the sizing is itrousious.  If you look at the garment sizing it's never right.  If you read reviews, it's useless, some reviews say you must size up then some say it's much too big, make sure to size down!  What do you believe?  I purchased 3 of the same IM cardigans in different colors, one was way too big, one I couldn't even get on and the other fit.  2 went back and now I have the same cardigans all in different sizes.

I could order the SAME top in the SAME size in the SAME color on QVC, and the sizing could be different for all 3 tops.
