If you are talking about the ones with yards and yards of fabric, I agree.  The loose cardigans, I like.  I'm waiting for women to realize all that extra fabric and uneven hemlines give the look of added lbs., no matter what those salespeople are telling you.

Asymmetrical hemlines are wonderful.  They draw the eye away rather than to the old fashioned hem at the hip.  Asymmetrical hems are here to stay.

Mz, do you wear them buttoned up as tops or as actual cardigans.

@Another new name Sue

In the summer months, I wear them as tops.

In the winter months, I wear turtlenecks under them.

Re: Sick of all the flowy cardigans

But don't you know all the things you can do with that flowy cardigan? You can walk your dog in it, throw it on to take your kids to school, wear it to the grocery store, dress it up or dress it down, and wear it in your house during those chilly months when you don't want to turn up your heat.

Re: Sick of all the flowy cardigans

I don't own ONE and won't buy one. My small frame needs some structure in my clothes, so soft dressing is not the best for me. Also, I think they all do look alike and if I liked them I would own only one.
