Should there be an age limit for wearing Jean shorts

Hi everyone. I just purchased a pair of Jean shorts. When I was out to inch with a group of lady friends (we are all in our late sixties or early seventies) the discussion turned to wearing shorts, Jean shorts in particular. The group was pretty much divided in their opinions. Would be interested in your thoughts. Thanks

I don't like to see " cheeky" shorts on anyone. As long as your bum is covered and the shorts are of a modest length, it doesn't matter what fabric your shorts are made of.

My husband and I are 70 and 71. We both wear shorts including jean shorts.

No one seems to care one way or another.

i don't see a problem wearing jean shorts if you want to do so. I do think we can go beyond rocking our "daisy dukes" style but its fair game for me on any other style.
