Huh?  Why wear a warm puffer coat, and then have your arms hanging out?  What is wrong with this picture?

I think it's a silly concept but an even sillier look.

 Coupla things: Short sleeves or sleevess allows one to wear heavy sweaters w/more comfort. Also easier to drive.

 In fact, I do not like to drive wearing a coat. And I like that coat,but would NEVER pay that much!
