I have a fab pair of sterling Taxco long drop shadowbox earrings with screw on backs, and they are uncomfortable enough to make me  avaoid them.

Does anyone know if it would ruin the collecatbility if I had them made into posts? Then I could wear them more often.

There was a time when women who had pierced ears were looked on by the upper class as not in their class.  Not sure why but I remember the lecture I got about it.

@Nonametoday   I remember that time....to this day my sister doesn't have pierced ears (or anything else).  I was the rebel😉
