Well, Mark was 2 1/2 hours late, I had to keep reminding him to please not smoke in my house, but.... Anyway, he said the water heater is up and running - it's a large tank, so I have to wait a while to for the water to get really hot, but I just tested it and it's pretty warm. What a relief! Please continue to pray that I get enough for the HVAC unit...

LindaR, I sure do wish we had a group like that here! Sounds like so much fun.

Hey Bird, do you have gas for under $1 in your area? Yesterday I saw it was $1.45 here. BTW, the birds ignored the suet I put out for them for days, then all of a sudden it was gone. Maybe it took time to "get the word out," lol!

BTW Jean, remember, I didn't learn to drive until I moved to Hawaii, so I was taking those roads as a new driver! I did like those reflectors in the middle of the road, though.
