On July 30, I ordered a pair of Isaac's shoes (some suede driving mocs, it's, #219709) in my regular size, and the same size I own in a different pair of his driving mocs. Well, the shoes arrived in my size 8 and they were too small. I sent them back and ordered a half size up. They arrived and were still too small. Also, the shoes had been obviously WORN by someone, not just tried on for size....they were scuffed and not packaged neatly and correctly like usual.So, because I REALLY like the shoes, I returned them a THIRD time, requesting the same color in a size 9. Also I enclosed a letter telling them about the worn used shoes....gross! Finally on October 1, I received an email stating that they had received my return and I could expect a new pair to arrive in 7-10 days. Well, today is Oct 8 and I still have not received a shipment notice. I checked online, and there is no record of a new pair being shipped, or even "in process". My order status only shows the two pair that have been returned. I am about fed up....this has gotten ridiculous. I emailed customer service this morning. I guess if they can't help me, I will go to the mall and find a similar pair...or order from another online retailer. Grr. Thanks for letting me ramble and complain.
