This is on UPS/USPS.  But I will say that only my packages/shipping from QVC takes the scenic routes.  I've had packages leave East Coast and takea sling shot all the way to the Northwest.  But that doesn't happen when I order from Target, Amazon, Macy's, Dillards, etc.  Only QVC.
