While I don't pretend to understand why someone who ordered during the show gets her items shipped before someone who ordered at midnight (assuming they use the same shipping category), it does occur to me that a way around this is to choose UPS red - next day shipping.

That would seem to force their hand and they would have to process your order quickly.

I'm not ready to try this, but for those who always say they would gladly pay more for this line because it is so worth it, this is a way to be sure you don't miss out on an item.

Unfortunately, this will not solve the sizing problems, but I'm still not convinced that is a Q problem anyway.
