FedEx has also grounded their Md-11 planes after the UPS tragedy in Kentucky.

I can not even fathom showing up for work and being burned. All around the airport around here there a lot of workplaces. IKEA has their store and the shipping warehouse that I can see.

I ordered a wrist watch from WM...and the delivery date is a month out. I looked at the "tracking"...and it's coming from China...I assume by boat.

I don't find shipping slow from QVC. I usually get my orders in a few days. It's the returns that are killer. Not even an acknowledgment. Took over a month to be credited for a bunch of items I sent back. I was ready to file a claim!

Same here! My items sat "processing" for days. Some still waiting. I ordered 2 gorgeous sweaters from Macy's and they were here in 3 days!

I'm in Colorado and it seems everything takes forever to get here except for amazon b/c we have a warehouse here. But other than that things take a long time to get here and I really don't know exactly why that is. Maybe b/c we are a long ways from shipping ports along the coastlines. Who knows.

I thought about posting how quick my orders from QVC are received. I never did post though. I ordered 9 items between 11/3 and 11/4 and already received them. In fact I got them on 11/6 and 11/7. That is faster than many Amazon orders I have placed.

My husband pays for Prime, if it was up to me I would not, and yes, sometimes we get the items the next day. However, more often than not, we have to wait several days even with Prime. I can't blame tariffs as this has been our experience for a long time.

I'm very happy with QVC's shipping especially since everything was bought on the free shipping days.

For every customer that gets slow deliveries from QVC, there are others that get them within a few days. Some items come from a warehouse, others directly from the vendor.

For every customer that gets fast deliveries from Amazon, there are customers that, with Prime, wait days and days and delay upon delay.

I think it's very much a factor that depends on where one lives, and the work force that surrounds them.
